This edition will have technical and non-technical talks alike, and will have 2 training tracks running in parallel, covering the basics and more advanced Drupal topics.

The Dakar Linux User Group and the Agence Universitaire Francophone graciously offered their facilities for an afternoon dedicated to introducing Drupal.
